Sally started her career in the marketing department at Mercury Communications before joining John Hockey Associates, where she not only learned the business of talent management, but also met Jane Morgan. In 1997 she joined Park Associates, later incorporated into WMG, as a Client Manager in the Broadcast Division. Following a five year career break to start a family, Sally returned to work in 2004 as a freelance consultant.
